Ryuta Yabuki and his mother Masa, a pair of criminal low lives, steal a large amount of drugs out of the hands of the Mutsumi Rengo, a large criminal organization controlling Yokohama underworld.
Masa wants to sell the drugs, with street value of 1,5 billion yen in HongKong, in two years later but Ryuta, who likes to gamble, drink, and buy women, has been exchanging the drugs for money little by little.
But soon, the Mutsumi Rengo learns of Ryuta's flamboyant actions and takes action.
Now Ryuta, along with his WWII machinegun, must take on an international drug ring and the mafia...
